pretty good if you don't have a kiln
this is two layers of product on terracotta clay. air dried only. really nice to apply, it kind of foams yet totally absorbs without effort leaving very smooth with a nice shine. very good waterproof protection as i actually had to wash a layer of acrylic paint off them, after realising i made a mistake, deciding to leave them terracotta natural. (they would have disappeared with the scrubbing i did, had they not had the protection) saying that, i don't know how this would stand up to vase water etc but definitely glad with the results for what i intended.

Isn't waterproof outside
I bought this for my clay designs for outside and it kept chipping away after a few days so I brought back in and gave another coat but it did it again so I did once more but the same again. I wasn't happy because it ruined my hard work. I bought clear lacquer in the end from home bargin and it did the job with one coat for only £1.99

Not worth the money it is not weatherproof
It is not weatherproof in any form. I coated my clay item four coats and it lost its colour and the bottom stuck after it rained absolute rubbish

Great clay sealant
I use this to seal air dry clay plant pots, as I needed something to waterproof them. Other sealants I have used turn white and opaque when coming into contact with water but this one remains clear. Adds a strength to the peices too

it worked
I had made a fairy pond from clay and and was having trouble with it holding water after using varnish ect so took a chance on this and it worked just fine, i'm very happy with it.

Fungerar perfekt
Fungerar perfekt för ändamålet: att täta en keramikvas som läckte efter att jag tippat omkull den. Den läckte rätt mycket men efter denna behandling är den helt tät!
