Pros: the collar very nice quality. Very strong and the buckle is really nice. They seem to sit naturally on the dog so I can grab handle easy. - They also discovered each others handle...game on! The little drinking cup that came with was a nice added bonus!Cons: it's a little bulky. There is a lot of unnecessary velcro that adds to bulk. As the collar gets bigger more velcro shows taking away from the elegant look and nice colors of the fabric collar is made out of. Also as it gets bigger more velcro shows on the inside by dogs neck negating the purpose of the nice soft liner that was added. You can tell the velcro will collect fuzz and dirt easy.Overall - I would buy again. I like the quality, price was good, and the colors are really modern and cool compared to traditional collars. Despite the excessive unnecessary velcro I am giving it 5 stars. The quality is out of this world.

Good fit, tough buckle

This collar fastens in an unconventional way. The main component of the collar is secured with Velcro but the main attachment is a sturdy metal buckle. See photos above. One great feature is that there is a wide range of adjustability but if you adjust the collar even near the upper limits of length there is not enough of the velcroed portion to connect the ends of the collar. Since there are essentially two fastening methods you could still secure the collar but you would be relying on the buckle only to keep it on your dog. Others have commented on the trustworthiness of the buckle but I didn't have that issue.The size recommendations are inaccurate. The listing says that it will fit a neck between @14" - 18.5" but my dogs neck is under 17" and the velcro ends don't even touch. Obviously, Velcro requires some overlap to be sufficiently strong to say nothing of having enough space leftover to get two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck.The Velcro used in generic and the lowest possible quality so if you expect it to hold at all it really needs to overlap as much as possible.Otherwise, it looks really good and strong and I really like the color.

My dog is a pretty lazy dog but use to escape a lot so I had to put him on a leash and take him out!! I don’t know how many times this collar came undone!! The material seems sturdy but the lock is flimsy! It wasn’t heavy or too tight but it wasn’t reliable. I was always worried if I took my dog on a walk and he pulled too hard the collar was gonna come off! Not worth the money to me! Not a very strong or reliable product in my eyes!!!

I love that I have an extra handle on this! Sometimes my girl had a mind of her own and it’s a great extra backup for me. Fits great and easy to clip into place.

I bought two of these one with leash one without- fist one arrived loved the color so ordered a back up since we live where it takes days to get your order and our town doesn’t have much to offer for pets and within 24 hrs the D ring was separated not off completely thought must have just been a bad d ring no biggie hoses happen the next one was already on its way I squeezed it back and continue watchful use the second one arrived I was pleased with how it looked put it on and within 6 hours the d ring was torn apart and my dog was on the run- for context I’ve had similar collars and while they don’t offer the color selection I will go back to that brand it lasted over a year these did not even compare

Very easy to adjust and clip and unclip

Quite a bit of Velcro for my liking (I cut a tiny bit off some parts just to make it less bulky) but overall I love the color and the hardware used. I wish it came with a separate ring of some sort to put her dog tags. Although for the price I think it is definitely worth it
