WoW Player Here - Excellent Bang for Your Buck
TLDR; This is an excellent machine for the money if you are an MMORPG player. No regrets about buying this one. It's a keeper. I recently got back into World of Warcraft after many years away and my old laptop just couldn't keep up. I started looking around at laptops capable of WoW gaming and actually tried out an MSI Stealth for a couple of weeks. It was a pretty laptop and lightweight, but man it struggled to keep up just being in a main city. Then I had a battery issue with it and decided to shop around instead of sending my brand new laptop in for work. How I use it: Play WoW, I use it for my side gig (AI Chatbots) and general doom scrolling. I don't overclock or do anything fancy to try to squeeze more out of my machine, other than minor upgrades and settings tweaks. I looked at a ton of laptops and combos of specs and finally thought I'd give this one a try. It had slightly better specs than the MSI at around the same price. This laptop is awesome. It never struggles to keep up at. I haven't done any raids yet so I don't know how it will perform in that situation but I will update once I know. Pros: performs beautifully playing World of Warcaft. Fan almost never needs to kick in, yet it also doesn't get that hot. Cons: Size/weight: this thing is heavy and huge. It packs a punch but you sacrifice portability. Yes it's a 16" laptop but I hadn't imagined just how big and heavy it would be. I have a 16" laptop for work and this is far heavier. It feels well made though. Yes you can still carry it around, but you won't want to much. I mostly keep it at home anyway so that's not a deal breaker for me. Battery life: yeah, it's pretty bad. I've been on battery power for almost an hour on "eco-mode" and it's down 15%. The power brick is also huge, so if you are communiting or traveling with this often, the weight and size of the computer with brick is going to be a drag. RAM limited to 32gb: I'm suprised such a big and powerful laptop can only take up to 32gb of ram. I have not yet upgraded my RAM yet because it's performed so well so far. I do have 32gb on hand and plan to upgrade anyway. But seeing how well it's performed so far, not having 64gb might not be an issue at all. Can't (yet) figure out how to wake from sleep with bluetooth keyboard/mouse. I have changed every possible setting under the sun, including tweaking the BIOS and it still doesn't wake on bluetooth mouse/keyboard. That's annoying. I have a really small desk that houses to 27" monitors and two laptops. I keep the laptops in a vertical stand which saves me tons of space, but it's super annoying to have to pull this thing out, open it up and wake it up.

Great Computer
After a lot of research into laptops I decided to choose this one. I’m not an avid gamer and when I do game I only play games like Sims, but I’m currently going back to school and wanted something powerful for continued schooling and the possibility of games in the future. Since having this laptop, I have done numerous school assignments and it’s a dream. I really enjoy how smooth the keyboard is when typing. That seems like a weird thing to mention, but when typing papers it is very fluid unlike other keyboards that I’ve used in the past. The screen graphics are also extraordinary. Those are one of the first things I noticed when powering it up for the first time. I can’t speak on a gaming perspective since I haven’t played games on it, but I think this laptop is phenomenal and I would buy it all over again if I had to. 10/10

Amazing but returned to overheating.
This laptop packs a punch and can run almost anything with high FPS on high to ultra settings. It's a good PC and just at the sweet spot of being bigger than 15' and not as massive as a 17'. High quality. Unfortunately, I had to return this laptop because it overheated constantly. The fan system does not turn on unless I manually set it to max manually. Temperatures could reach 92 Celsius with an external cooling pad in 10 minutes! I think my laptop was a lemon but I will probably reorder this same one and hope for the best at a later date.

Under 3 Weeks Warranty Used Already / Charging Cable can overheat then stops working
So I was beyond excited I can finally play several of the games my old computer cannot. Got everything installed running. Got to play several games I haven't gotten to play in several years. Works beautifully for three weeks I unplug the external cooling pad I had been using the last two weeks so I can move my computer easier. It turns off. Wont turn on. Tried some trouble shooting to get it running again. Full battery plugged in. It arrived November 24th it is now December 11th. I am already sending it in for repairs warranty wise. One thing they said if its not a manufacturer issue its a non-warranty error. Ie: Liquid spill, damage done by user, ect. There is also the off chance they might have to factory reset it. Hope to have it back in 3-6 business days with no factory reset. Just got to print the shipping address and get it sent out through Fedex. Will edit review as things progress. Update 3/3/26 I've had this for a little over two years now and the charging port/cable stopped working. I just started playing one of the Borderland games which is heavy usage for pc resources. Which cause the computer to heat up quickly. This started to make the charger not work consistently. Now its 100% dead as far as I can tell. Hopefully its just the cord. If not I'll have to get an expensive repair for the charging port. I just ordered a replacement charging cable so got my fingers crossed. Still this is ridiculous that the cord would stop working when I've had it less then 3 years. Update 3/6/26 It was the charging cable that stopped working. Replacement arrived and I am not able to charge the laptop. I'm just not sure if I wanna play games that could possible fry the cable again.

Battery life
I’m suprised with the amount of game I could run on this gaming laptop. I’ve been longing for a gaming pc for so long, and decided to buy this one. In general, laptop runs smoothly, almost all of my games. The Battery Runs out quickly if not connected. I use it mostly when I’m at my home, So the battery life is not a problem for me. Overall, I like the purchase!

In conclusion, this product is very good. Although it’s the 2023 version, I like its appearance more than the 2024 version. Compared with this version, the novel version only has a little improvement but the price is much higher. Therefore, choosing this product is a wise decision. To be honest, I’m a little specialist of laptops and this machine sent to me is perfect after my careful inspection. The service of the seller should also be highlighted because it’s excellenct. After I received the parcel, I found that the power cable didn’t match with the power adaptor so I contacted the seller immediately. Then the seller sent me the correct power cable and I received it within two days. I don’t think it’s the seller’s fault, maybe the factory made a mistake when they packaged the power cable and the power adaptor. However, this problem is solved rapidly and I can enjoy playing games through Helios 16!

Dice mi hijo que está genial, muy rápida a pesar de tener varias ventanas abiertas. 12 de 10 Y para mí, solo sería el peso de la lap, porque sí está pesadita.
