HYPERBELL works with almost all regular and adjustable dumbbells. I'm Unable to say for certain this will work with Tempo Dumbbells. However, there are some limitations. The length of the dumbbell handle needs to be at least 4.5" long. Most dumbbell handles are approximately 6.0" long. The diameter of the dumbbell handle needs to be less than 1.5" at its thickest point. The foam insert inside the HYPERBELL will contour to both straight and curved dumbbell handles.
