Very pretty. Comes on at dust goes off at dawn. Durable. Long lasting battery life. Eye catching. You don't have to worry about checking to see if they are off or on. Works perfectly. Planning on putting them up in the tree again for the holidays.

I put six each of these hang bulbs on four of my oak trees for Christmas decorations. They required a lot of AA batteries, so I was shocked that the batteries lasted 45 days without changing! That would’ve been a dealbreaker for me if they had to be changed sooner. They pulse lights on and off and are very great quality. Lasted all season and very pretty.

These green battery operated dusk to dawn outside hanging Christmas balls are beautiful. Besides giving a beautiful steady subdued constant glow, they emanate from a very soft to a brighter glow in blinking type operation. The balls come on automatically when it turns dark outside and continue operating to about 2 o’clock in the morning. Each ball does require 3 AA batteries for operation. I would heartily recommend these balls for a beautiful subdued outside Christmas or even St. Patrick’s day decoration. I currently have 12 of these balls and plan to purchase more.

Once you load the batteries, the ornaments take care of themselves. They turn on at dark and turn off after 6 hours. When they are “on” there is just a glow, then they brighten up for a short while and then dim. So they look like they are blinking.I like that they are not connected. Each is hung individually. I deducted one star because they come with a cord for attaching. I replaced that with a wire hook. Then they are much easier to hang.They look good both day and night.I would buy again.

A little pricey, but easy to hang these balls on a tree outdoors and they blink all night. The 4 AA batteries (each ball) last from Thanksgiving to New Years.

I love these lights and have bought them in every color (except blue) over the last few years. I was so excited to see they're now making them in silver so I immediately bought another set in silver. That said, the silver spheres don't "pop" as much as I'd like them to. They're not as vibrant as the white spheres. If you're hanging them outside and want them to be seen from a distance I recommend getting white instead of silver.That said, like my other sets, the quality is fantastic. They automatically come on when it's dark. Each sphere takes three AA batteries which are easy to install. The batteries usually last the entire holiday season in my experience without needing to be replaced. Overall, I highly recommend the product but you might want to pass on the silver spheres if you're looking for a brighter light.

These were great outdoor balls for my tree for Christmas. Great battery life. They lasted a month before only 1 of them lost power. They turned on and off automatically with no trouble at all and they had a nice glow to them.

I bought these lights in green, red and silver. Just had a chance to put them out. The red and green work perfectly. The silver look pretty but they don’t turn off. Well, they cycle through a cycle of pulse, dim, pulse, off but they don’t turn off through the day. Not sure why it’s happening but really don’t want to get back up there and try to fix them.
