The build quality of this unit is great. The unit scans quickly and has more features than one would expect for the price point. I have to take a moment and praise the excellent customer service eyoyo provided after a recent purchase. I was having an issue where I couldn't get my unit to print UTF-8 output. I emailed Cust Service and within 15 min had begun a conversation with someone from their support. After a few back and forths, their team stopped and wrote a special QR programming code for me and had me back up and running! That's really rare from an overseas company of their size...they treated me like I was their only customer! I've purchased three more of their units and they all work exceptionally.

Great scanner, good at reading roughed up barcodes and awesome battery life. It does have light usage and kept off between usages but it's running on it's initial charge from 5 months ago...Also great customer service, we had a change in our software and required a code change in the scanner, emailed Eyoyo service and had a response by the morning. I asked for a manual to correct the issue, they sent the manual itself, access to the manual on their site, and above that sent me the one click (on the scanner) barcode to reprogram it to my needs.

I changed my mind it has been very good for the price and I love the belt clip makes it very convenient and easy to use

We use these at our food pantry to check customers in and they work great! The battery life is great and they are good quality. They take a little bit of getting used to but once you figure it out they work awesome.

this product stops working after 2 weeks and they have no return or replacement on this item. so youre basically stuck with broken hardware

Honestly the best purchase iv made this year , works flawlessly. It's compact enough to bring everywhere, the Bluetooth connection is instant and it works straight out of the box, iv had it scanning constantly for 7+hrs without even effecting the battery life. Been using it with my laptop, iPad , phone and desktop without any issues. Works perfectly with excel, Google sheets , word and my own proprietary data app. All of the settings can be changed just by scanning the qr codes leaflet they give ( so don't throw it out) , you can make it scan silently , change scan format or even add " or , to the barcodes automatically so excel doesn't force them into scientific notation ( which makes them unusable). The most compact and affordable scanner I could find has turned out to be the best iv ever used.

Handige compacte scanner voor barcodes en qr codes mee te scannen. Scant zowel computerschermen als op gedrukt. Zeer goede klantenservice van Eyoyo. Zij hielpen mij met software updates en toetsenbordinstellingen die niet standaard geleverd werden bij het handboek. (Belgisch AZERTY (punt) toetsenbord). Kan ik zeker aanraden.
