Late arrival and damaged packaging
The product itself is great but I was desperate for this product to arrive and was originally given a date it would arrive by and even a time of by 8pm that date. It didn't arrive so by 8pm I went to my order page to see why it hadn't arrived, only to see the date of delivery had been changed to a week later and it now said my order was running late. When it did finally arrive the packaging on the box lid had been ripped open and it looked as though the product had already been used by someone. I was able to clean them and they are in good condition so I'm not returning them as I simply must have scales to do what I need to do. I just wanted to give people a heads up
