I love this. Super easy to set up and use. You can make 3 different sizes of coffee in the morning. I also love that it tells you when you need to fill the water reservoir and when you need to clean the machine. It’s also sturdy and the coffee comes out and just the right temp.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My Keurig finally stopped working and, I knew I wanted to stay with the Keurig brand. I also wanted a small one. Functionality on this model is easy to operate. Also has the option to make your brew stronger. I would buy this one again.

Product purchased 1/5/2025 was difficult to close lid very often, had to hold top down to start process . I called Keurig to report complete failure to brew in early March I filled out a very tedious warranty and keurig refused to replace the product. My bad, I didn't have a warranty with Keurig or register with Amazon.

Other then having to descale alevery few months. Works good

I've had two of these coffee makers from Keurig and they're both junk, there's a circuit breaker on the inside that kicks out I don't know why but it just does, and it's happened multiple times and it causes the whole machine to power off completely no matter what you do. The only way to fix the problem is to tear the whole machine apart just to get to the inside to reset the little circuit breaker thing that is way down in the abyss, and even then I had to use a pick with an extension on it to reach down and push inside this tiny hole to reset it. Then not too later it did it again, and again and again!! Me and my mom both had this same coffee maker and we both had the exact same problems. Upon some research online, it sounds like others had the same problem and frustrations as well with theur Keurig. Why on Earth do they not put a reset button on the outside where it's easily accessible for the owner to reset? It's crazy how problematic impractically it is designed. I'm no longer a customer of Keurig, but I do love the Hamilton Beach one I currently have called "The Scoop" and it's a lot easier to refill and dump out old grinds, without having to mess around with the stupid little reusable plastic Keurig pods that I've been using for quite some time.

I really liked it. Even though it was used, it arrived in great condition with no visible marks and works perfectly. Very satisfied with the purchase and the coffee maker works exactly as expected.

C’est parfait selon mes critères car on peut choisir le format de la tasse, se faire un café plus fort et le réservoir d’eau contient 1,2 litres ce qui est bien pour 2 personnes et elle est étroite donc ne prend pas trop de place sur le comptoir. Pas besoin de payer plus cher.
