The buttons that are labeled have a different function when I press them. The Hulu button would open up the Netflix app. Other than that, it serves its purpose. Feels cheap and flimsy, the back cover broke within a week. But can’t expect much spending $8 for a rote control.

This is not a remote that appears to be "toy-like". It is constructed well with nice molded lines. The buttons are all consistently smooth to push. All buttons operate the Samsung TV with no issues. You will need 2 AAA batteries, and they are very easy to insert. The battery cover plate is very easy to remove and close. I tried this with a new Samsung smart TV, and it functioned correctly. I also tried it with an older Samsung non-smart TV, and all relevant buttons worked properly. The included smart TV buttons on the remote, when pressed, are shown as not being an option on the older TV screen. The clean lines on the remote and the smooth button operation are the key benefits of this remote.

It was so simple. I put the batteries in it, pointed at the television, and it worked! Amazing!!

This worked for my daughter small TV, but it definitely did not work for my Chromecast TV with the buttons on it were definitely easy to see wonderfully labeled, paired directly without having to play with it or try to match it. The quality of this is definitely top notch. Looks like the normal remote except for it doesn’t have the word of the TV right now on it. Battery seem to last pretty good in it so for your normal TV I would definitely recommend ask for Chromecast I would pass.

Worked literally one time. We were able to adjust the bed then all the lights on the remote flashed and it wouldn't do anything. We again changed batteries (all unused) and it still wouldn't work. We had to put the reset button for the bed to flatten back. Sooo going to have to return this.

I need to find a replacement remote for my Vizio TV, because mine bit the dust. I went looking for alternatives and was happy to find this one here at this price. At this price it’s really a great value and when you look at the quality it’s really an outstanding value on top of that. I had tried other replacement remotes for secondary TVs in my home, and always came in a very soft type of plastic and had a cheap feel. I was expecting the same for this one, but I was surprised when it was certainly the other way around. This remote came promptly and is made of very good quality material. I have to admit it’s on par with the real remote that came with my Vizio TV. The remote is made of good quality plastic, and even the buttons feel full quality silicone. We recently moved and apparently our Vizio remote didn't move with us ... or if it did, it's somewhere in a box or bag waiting to be discovered. In the interim, we wanted to watch a little TV and the buttons on the television itself are not easy to manage. So I ordered this Universal remote as a replacement. It works perfectly with our Vizio "smart" TV - making it "smart" again (it was patently dumb without the remote). It takes AAA batteries and is basically plug and play.

So I got this today & quickly unwrapped and inserted two AAA batteries (not included) and pointed it at my Vizio 70" QLED M6 series and proceeded to test the buttons and they all worked as advertised. The only thing missing on this remote is the voice assist that comes with the OEM remote and this one lacks. That said, my only minor gripe with this remote is its build-in one-touch access for six streaming channels of which only Prime, Netflix & maybe hulu are popular. The rest like Vudu, redbox & xumo are what I call 2nd tier channels & I doubt very many have them. Perhaps if they included instead channels like HBO Max, Starz, Disney and or even Paramount + and or Peacock it would've been perfect. Anyway, for what it costs and what it does (as like the OEM remote) this is a very good replacement (backup) remote for your Vizio TV.

The remote started to work right away, buttons feel like make good contact, now just have Waite and see how long it will last, we’ve had two other brands that only lasted 6 to 8 months before they malfunctioned

It's working well with no complains.. But not a super built quality, even you should not expect that in this price point . Overall it's ok as a replacement of your original remote

This work right out of the package without any programing . Just put in the batteries and it was ready to go. TV was Toshiba fire TV.

No Mic. So your voice commands wont work. And very cheap plastic. Will break in one drop. And back case is impossible to open to put batteries. You will break your nails yet you will not be able to open the back case. Overall a very bad product.
