Q: How do you attach the shell holder & what shell holder is the proper one?

It just slides into the ram. It only goes in one way you cant mess it up. what shell holder is the proper one, now that is a tougher question. It depends on what you are loading. if you are talking about brands then they are universal. just look up what ever brand you are going to buy to see which size you need. all of the companies that make them have a chart that tells you which one you need to load what caliber.

Q: What do i need to buy to prime shells with this press?

If your press was made 2006 or is newer you need the "Lee Safety Prime Small and Large Primer Feeder for 2006, Later Reloading Press". IT cost about 24$. There are two primer arms ( one for large and one for small primers)that included with press these are also necessary. There are u tube videos available on the internet that are very good showing how to use the primer feeder. I use the lee hand tool it is simple and dose a excellent job

Q: do i still need to secure a permit for this press,in order to be released in Bureau of Custom in Philippines????
