Love this little tool, just the right size for the yard work I do and saves me time, really didn't believe the battery would last as long as it does I am able to finish the job most of the time with one battery. Would definitely buy it again.

I absolutely love this thing it's not super powerful but it sure does get the job done I bought this to go around places that my weed wacker wasn't able to get without cutting my plants down battery life for me has been perfect...

A nice, lightweight product that arrived on time and as expected. Including fully charged battery and guards for blades. Very easy to assemble and use. Worked for over 1 hour on charge. I used for top/side trim on 5 large 30 yr old japanese hollies. Worked well. Would mention if you are looking at a deep cut, may want to go with longer blade and more power. Will see how smaller blade on a few clumps of grass. Pretty sure should work fine. I would buy again from this manufacturer.

Sound motor and all the features function perfectly. Smaller 20 inch blade works better for the smaller shrubs than my larger trimmer

This item needs a minus two or three stars. I received this trimmer on April 5. I read all instructions before 1st use, which was to trim some tender new growth. I had no problem with the way it cut, but it had an extremely loud noisy click in the power unit. I used it two more times and the noise got worse. The 4th time I tried to use it, in addition to that noise, it developed a whistling/whining noise so loud that there was no way anyone could stand to use it. Since I had received it April 5, it was beyond the return window. I tried to reach out to the company but that was useless. Guess I got took on this one…

My neighbor saw me using this machine and told me I should get a bigger one. I told him this one is good enough for me because I can’t wait for my husband to use the big one to help me trim the overgrown bushes.

This trimmer falls apart when I run into branches that are a little too thick - as in, the blade comes undone, as well as the plastic piece that holds it (even though it is securely latched) and both items fall to the ground. It's sensitive to this. Happened to me many times. If you're above bushes when this happens, it's not fun to pick these pieces up while digging through the bushes that you're trying to cut.
