Very nice. Classic scent
Nice classic scent. Almost good enough to eat. Smells just like the original cologne. Evocative of old timey barber shop. I had been using Wahl beard wash (blue label, not the newer white one, which smells like pink bubble gum), but they discontinued that. Almost glad they did, because now I’ve found this. Leaves my beard nice and soft, too.

Bergamot not coconut
When these arrived I was surprised to find that they are Bergamot scented, NOT coconut scented. Coconut is a lot lighter scent and I would have preferred that. These are a little strong smelling. They lather well and do a good job of washing the beard, but I don't usually like strong scents and my wife is sensitive to smells. I'm returning to using a mild shampoo for washing my beard just because its easier to do it all in one step in the shower and it has a milder scent. These would be better for someone who doesn't mind a stronger smell. Its more of a cologne or after shave smell than we like but would be perfect for someone looking to add some scent to his routine.
