Easy to set up works great

I was really excited to get this machine but very disappointed in it when it arrived. I am not an expert with laser machines but I own 2 other diode lasers and a fiber laser and use Lightburn Software with them all. Every time I connected the machine to Lightburn it would send an alarm. I would have to go into the touchscreen and unlock the alarm. When trying to home the laser head would travel to the right even though I have it set as the lower left for home. It would travel to the right, change direction when it hit the limit to the right, travel about half way back to the left and then error out because it did not hit the limit switch. I tried engraving an image of a leaf. It would not make the y axis moves correctly and basically squish the leaf almost into a vertical line. I am not sure if the machine is defective (instructions are of little value) but after many hours of troubleshooting I am done with it. If this was a $200 machine I could understand having to invest more time into it but for a $700 machine that says it works with Lightburn, I am not fixing all the manufacturers issues for them. For $700 I expect to assemble, minor config with software and be up and running. The instructions reference a focusing tool that appears to slide in place from inside the laser housing. I am not sure what they are talking about as my machine does not have this. It did not come with any tools for focusing. I am returning the machine.

Good product, laser burn is a must have program to go along with this, which is currently ninety nine dollars. I like the screen on the control unit. But unfortunately, mine only showed the logo after a few days. Return policy is great. I did return my unit and ordered a new one. Customer service is hard to get a hold of but they do have an ai chat that works pretty well.

I have the 30w B1. Not the ray 5, I enjoy everything about the b1, great machine.

This is a nice solid Honeycomb for the price.

Bought 4 lasers at nearly the same time. Xtool D1's and Longer Pro's. The Longer was less expensive but outperformed the competition 3-1. The quality of the burn was excellent and the detail without a doubt much better. The customer service team is quick to respond to any questions which is great. If you use these units in business you need quick response and not some runaround. The detail of the burns is great. The flag you see has stars that stand out and the stripes also. My customers are always totally amazed at the quality.

I have finally gotten a chance to review this POS. I have done everything I can to try to get this to complete a project. It disconnects in the middle of everything I try to do. No matter what size it is. This engraver is VERY unreliable and I do not recommend it to anyone.
