Is this is a single blade? and not a pair?

Single. It is because modern cars use different lengths for driver & passenger sides -- my Honda requires 24" & 21", and 14" for rear. My wife's German car uses 22" (actually 23" but not common for aftermarket) and 21".

Does it include the adapters?

It does include adapters. But, the push button adapter does not fit on the 2017 Audi A5, despite being listed as compatible. Beware as you will have to pay shipping back to Amazon.
