Would I be able to clip this around my neck and wear it as a sort of backpack (without the storage capabilities obviously)

My son, who is 3, does this a lot. As he is little the arms fit round his neck and the legs round his body to create a sort of back pack. For an adult the arms fit round neck but legs don’t fit around body. Hope this makes sense and is helpful.
