I did use this in the kitchen and the flicking of the plastic rotor blades did deter flies.

Stupid design
I stupidly didn’t realise it had to be plugged in to be used and it has a ridiculously short lead so I’m not sure how anyone wld be able to plug it in and use where they needed it. Plus the main reason I bought it was to use in the garden. Would be much more sensible for it to be able to be charged and then used unplugged
