The UTEBIT Magnet Camera Mount for GoPro is exactly what I needed. The 88MM magnet is incredibly strong—probably more than necessary for most applications other than DSLR. A 66MM magnet would likely suffice, but the extra strength provides a reassuringly secure hold on metal surfaces. The magnet's finish is excellent and very durable, which is a nice touch. The ball mount is all-metal and clamps tightly, offering superior stability compared to many other mounts I've used. The 360-degree rotation feature makes it easy to adjust the camera angle for the perfect shot. I haven't used the phone tension-style mount, but it seems better than most of its kind, which adds to the product's versatility. The only downside I see is that this mount may not be ideal for exterior automotive use—although it would probably work in a pinch. You'd be hard-pressed to release the 88MM magnet without a scratch (from contamination, the magnet itself is fine), and the ball mount has no isolating rubber like a RAM mount. But at this price point, it might be perfect—say for 4x4... Overall, the UTEBIT Magnet Camera Mount for GoPro is a robust and reliable mounting solution. Its powerful magnetic base and durable ball mount are standout features. I highly recommend it for anyone in need of a strong, versatile camera mount.

Very strong magnet and solid mount This magnetic mount is excellent. The magnet is extremely strong and holds my action camera very securely, even when mounted on a car. I tested it on different metal surfaces, and it stays firmly in place without slipping or vibration. The 360° ball head rotation is smooth and makes it easy to adjust the angle exactly where you need it. Build quality feels solid and reliable, not cheap at all. I’ve used it with my GoPro and it fits perfectly. Great option for car shots and any magnetic surface. Highly recommended.

I use this for mounting my Starlink Mini on my van, pretty awesome set up for little money. I bought a $10 Starlink Mini tripod adapter insert here on Amazon that goes in the Starlink Mini kit's included pipe adapter plate, thread on this camera mount, slap it on the roof when I park, align the dish, and done! The winds have never knocked it off alignment, let alone off the van, very solid mounting solution; that being said, I would never drive it while mounted. With repeated use, the protective rubber base has hung in there preventing scratches to my paint. I knocked off a star because the ball tension knob is so small and close the surface of the mount that its very difficult to get a good grip on it, regardless of application.

Initially I ordered their smaller magnetic base. Probably would have worked well too, but I saw that they had this larger magnetic base, and I figured a little extra attaching strength couldn't hurt. I don't have a way of measuring the pull force so can't say if it's 66 lbs or not, but I'm sure it will support any camera I have. The mini ball head seems secure, and the holder for the phone is very secure. I was actually concerned with it being just a spring and I ordered another that tightened with a screw at the same time, but found that this one works better. These are being used for taking longer videos with a large iPhone and Sony RX100 and a6000 sized cameras. Of course it works well when setting the base on a horizontal surface, but it's never moved when attached to a vertical metal surface as well. I don't need to over tighten anything, and it's never moved at all when in use. Was exactly what I was hoping for. Works very well and I certainly would recommend this it you need a way to attach a camera to a metal surface.

Solid magnet, holds well but not so well that you're struggling to pull it off. The main body of the mount is made of metal and feels like good quality. Used to mount a projector in my camper.

I love this magnetic camera holder. It rotates so smoothly that I can adjust it to any angle I need, which makes getting the perfect shot so easy. I use it for both my phone and my Insta360, and it holds them securely every time. The magnet is really strong, and I feel confident that it can handle my camera without any worries. However, while the product is great, it cannot be used in all situations since you need to find a magnetic surface for it to work. It is small, light, and easy to set up. Once you have the right surface, it works perfectly. I am really happy with it and use it as much as I can.

would give five stars, but i found another for few bucks more no knobs, slimmer and small that i love. this is industrial and comes with go pro mount, would be good for sticking on car or quad outside vehicle very strong magnet. the clamp for my iphone twelve with otterbox on is very strong almost too much but it is not cheap quality, the best i would say.... i dont like the easy swivel of the ball and socket, but the knob tightens it, and you are given an allen wrench to tighten a set screw so it doesnt loosen and fall/swivel... i do like the cheaper one i bought with no knobs, slimmer, and has twist rings on the swivel balls... no go pro mount with my other one, which cost five bucks more but its awesome, comes with sticky plates too. UPDATE: very strong, i mounted an PSB11 ANC spirit box on it and stuck it on a metal shelf, not going anywhere and not afraid of it ever falling off, very strong and well built... get this for the screw on mount if you have on your device.
