I've been very happy with this posture corrector. It's comfortable to wear, provides excellent support for my back and shoulders, and helps improve my posture throughout the day. The lumbar support is a nice bonus, and it has helped reduce my neck and shoulder discomfort. It's well-made, adjustable, and easy to wear under clothing. Great value for the price!

This was purchased as an option for my husband, and it is the one he prefers. He is 6'2" and some of the others were just too short, and the waistband came too high on his stomach. Not this one - the size is great. He does have some mobility limitations, so it is a little difficult for him to put it on himself. I usually help him get a hold of the arm pieces so he can stretch them around front to the tightness he wants. He wears it while sitting on the couch, sitting at his desk, and driving, and he has less pain in his upper back and shoulders when he wears it. Good quality, not too bulky when he wears under his shirt.

I saw reviews saying to go up at least a size. I should be xl so I chose XXL. I had to return and order the XL. The XL fits my back but rides up like it's too small yet the straps for the shoulder supports have to be maxed out to provide enough support to keep my shoulders back. And as it's stretching out as it breaks in I don't feel like they are going to provide enough pull. But if I go down another size the back part will end up riding too high. I'm just going to stick with this and sew some extra Velcro on. I will say though that while the straps get very uncomfortable under your armpits, I have noticed that even with it off intend to stand up straighter. More so if I have had it on for a couple hours. The rest of the evening I don't seem to hunch over like I was. So while it has some issues, it does work. Hence why I have it a 4 instead of a 3. That and there are so many body types. And trying to make a few sizes that covers all shapes and sizes is pretty challenging. I'm 6'3 and 185 pounds. If that helps anyone at all.

I've been using this posture corrector for a while, and it's been comfortable to wear and easy to adjust. It provides good support for my back and shoulders without feeling too restrictive. I've noticed an improvement in my posture and less neck and shoulder discomfort during long hours at my desk. Overall, it's a great value and does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I purchased this for the amount of pain. My back has been caused from a earlier injury. I was hoping this might have helped it didn’t, but I can’t blame the product. I have. I have an issue that I don’t think any belt would help multiple operations and has not improved so I am not putting this product down. I think if you’re having problems with your posture, this belt would definitely help unfortunately it didn’t help me.

1. The instructions were only made to look like instructions, offering nothing in the way of initial setup. 2. After the 45-60 minutes of trial and error to figure out how it is supposed to work, the fit and adjustment of the item is so difficult to manage, it is impossible by yourself. 3. Even after someone else tightens it for you, you’re left looking in the mirror wondering “why the f&@$ did I spend over an hour of my time to apply the same amount of force to pull my shoulders back as a piece of scotch tape lazily draped from shoulder blade to shoulder blade.” 4. I have to mention the “instructions” again. If your product is being sold in the English market (aka 70% of the planet) make sure the instructions are instructive, not blurry black and white images showing a person ready wearing it, with no details as to how to route the numerous appendages that go with this item. 5. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with anything purchased on the internet.

I find the product to be exactly as described. Although I wasn't really sure if the size i selected would actually work, I chose to go with the exact size rather than going up a size. I'm happy with my choice. It fits and I would say it's the last size on this band before I would need to size up. It's very comfortable and was easy to put on.

Works great. I can’t get a good tight fit. It has really good heat and good massage action for the lower back.
