This sleep both right and left help my mother with her carpal tunnel going numb in her hand and burning sensation. As well as her constant cramping with her trigger thumb. I bought three pair of these gloves I absolutely love it is comfortable once you get used to it. It does help relax the muscles in the hand so that you can get some relief from syndromes. I sleep in mind every night. I like the fact that there is a Velcro for tightening or loosening for the thumb.

I have arthritis which has been giving me a lot of issues with my wrist/thumb. I’ve tried several braces which I wear while sleeping and when I can during the day. This one is the best I’ve tried. It fits well, adjusts, holds my wrist and thumb straight and doesn’t come undone or scratch and snag fabric or sheets. I wash it on gentle in the machine in a mesh bag and hang to dry. It dries pretty quickly and is not fraying.

Bought this to help with DeQuervain’s enflamed by a rotator cuff surgery on the other arm. Fits well, keeps the thumb in good position. Only problem I had (not the unit’s fault) is that I wear my watch on the left and it was uncomfortable under the brace. This unit is long enough to keep both the thumb and wrist in good position but allows use of the fingers. Lots of places for adjustment. I have small hands and the sm/med was perfect. Nice that you can choose right or left, many others are both and they don’t fit well. This unit, along with massage and exercise helped alleviate the symptoms.

This brace is exactly what I was looking for to help manage the pain in my thumb and wrist. I wear it mostly at night and the support is first rate. It's not too tight or too loose and it's fully adjustable. Very pleased with the quality and glad I bought it!

I needed physical therapy for my wrist and at the advice of my PT ordered a different brand brace. When he saw it at our next session, he said it was fine for daytime use - it enabled me to use my fingers and my hand to some degree for daytime activities - but I needed another type for nighttime use. This one really fit that bill, giving my wrist extra support due to extending longer up my arm. Also, unlike the first one I ordered, the Velcro straps had just the right amount of grip. The other brace's Velcro is much too strong (I already did a review on that one.) I recommend this brace!

I have small hands, so every other brace I have tried got bunched up between my thumb and first finger. I love the gap in this brace. The thumb is supported on either side with a strap around the outside, so it is much easier to isolate and immobilize my thumb. I have De Quervain's tenosynovitis and after only a week, I am already feeling a difference. I was in a different brace for a couple of weeks before that and it was so uncomfortable that I wasn't as compliant as I should have been about wearing it. Great wrist and thumb support and immobilization. I finally feel like I might actually recover from this!

Bought for my De Quervain's tenosynovitis. I found it a suitable support and can recommend.

Very sturdy and comfortable to wear for long periods. It immobilizes the thumb pretty well and has hugely improved my wrist pain. I do wish it was available in a slightly smaller size.

I've bought a number of splints etc... over the years, and this one's up there with the best. It's got adjustable straps so you can get it to fit as snuggly as you like. It's breathable, so you don't get too hot or sweaty. The support this gives to your wrist and thumb is fantastic. They aren't going anywhere! I prefer the look of a black brace to that of the 'flesh' coloured. I just prefer their appearance. They look smarter, and this looks pretty smart. Performance wise, this is perfect. It's rigid but not uncomfortably so. I can still sleep wearing one of these if I need to. I would definitely get but another one of these if the need arises.

This brace is comfortable and is helpful for exactly what it is advertised for. Thumb and carpel tunnel/wrist.

Fits very well, I can work when I wear it, the downside, is the quality of the fabric covering the metal brace, it is not so durable, but for the price, one cannot expect the moom
