Good overall, enjoyed the out of the box setup experience, but disappointed that the backrest can't be locked at the preferred position when reclined.

Great chair if you have work from home requirements , helped with neck support , sturdy and made of good materials . It helped me work longer on my work desk than the previous chair . The colors are very soothing as well for a modern home office

Good but expensive

I ordered this chair for home because I was badly in need of an ergonomic office style chair. I had been using a wooden kitchen chair, and had been trying seat cushions and lumbar cushions, but none of those things could make it fit my needs or prevent my back from hurting after sitting for long times. I reviewed a lot of different chairs online before settling on this one. The good reviews and the 5-year warranty are what finalised my decision. The chair arrived within 4 days, and the box was big and heavy. I opened it up and pulled out all the parts and the instructions. The instructions directed to an instructional video on YouTube, which I followed to assemble the chair. Some parts of the chair were quite awkward to put together, I tried using the white gloves, but in the end, I took them off, finding it easier to control screws etc with my bare hands. All up, I think it took me about 30 minutes to put together. It did take me a few minutes to work out the gas lift lever as I'm used to levers that just pull up and down, whereas this one requires a bit of a twist. This is a good-sized chair, with a wide seat and armrest rests that can be flipped up out of the way if required. Has a headrest, which I never thought I needed but am happy to have. I probably would like a little more give in the seat and would say that the chairs at work do feel a little more comfortable in the seat but considering I paid half the price of those chairs, I'm quite happy. I haven't had any back pain since using this chair. I would say my biggest concern is that my cat keeps laying down against the base when I'm sitting on it. This is a good value chair for the price, and I highly recommend it.

To be honest I was a bit sceptical before ordering the chair (because I've never ordered a furniture before through amazon), but I decided to order it anyway after reading all the reviews that seemed to be positive about the product. I received the package within a week of ordering, which was nice! What wasn't so nice was trying to put the chair together. I quickly realized that trying to assemble the chair by myself was a difficult task, so if you're going to buy the chair, find a friend. You'll need some help with putting the chair together :) Other than that, I'm actually happy with the chair despite my initial doubts! The seat is wide and comfortable, and I like that the armrests and chair are foldable! I feel that for its price, it's a great chair! Now let's just hope this chair lasts for a long time...

My usual office chair has started sinking a bit every day, and it was affecting my wrist. I got sick of having to keep adjusting it, so thought it was time for a new one. I bought one but it was terribly unstable and of questionable quality, so after more hunting on Amazon and reading reviews, I opted for this one. I have a keyboard tray on my desk, so the chair doesn't need to be up high, but I found the arms too low and I was leaning. It's also wider than my old chair so I worried about the arms being too far apart. This was easily solved by purchasing a pair of inexpensive pads. It's now exactly the right height. Some people have commented that the chair doesn't recline. I have the headrest version and it does recline. You have to pull the up/down handle outwards and make sure the tension knob under the seat is at the right level. I have no use for the recline but it does go back pretty far. You have to lean on it to move it, it doesn't stay there. I was very impressed with the small footprint. The back has almost nothing to it, but the plastic is sturdy and attractive, and the mesh curved and comfortable. I have one of those thick coccyx cushions, and I put this on the seat, a bit worried that it would affect the lumbar support, but it's just right for my back and the support is in the right place. Whilst the chair seat is soft and comfortable, I've got so used to my extra cushion, I can't be without it now. The folding back is a stroke of genius if you need to tuck the chair away. I probably won't use it much as it takes up more depth to fold it down than it does just to tuck the chair under the desk. Very useful if you have a bit more room to play with, though. I also went for this design because the arms fold up at a 90 degree angle, so they're not in the way. The headrest is nice, goes up and down, as well as being able to change the angle. It makes for a very comfortable addition, so I'd recommend it if you're spending all day at your desk. Some people have said the chair feels too upright but I didn't have an issue with it. I like to sit more upright after getting too used to slouching in the gaming chair I had, so it's just right for me. I spend 7.5 hours a day 5 days a week at my desk, so I'd highly recommend this chair. It's really solid and should last quite a few years, especially with my extra seat cushion and arm pads.
