I love these sunflower seeds! They are a good value for the quality and taste, and I have been buying them for a while now. I can use them for salads and as a snack, also for dishes i prepare. Since they don't add salt, i can choose to add salt for dishes, yet enjoy them unsalted as a snack. I do recommend them as a natural food and for your health.

Arrived fresh and taste good raw or toasted. I have made granola, cookies, and also a healthy oatmeal blend with these so far. Good product, haven't found debris or shells in them.
