yes it can be coloured or bought pre-coloured. Be aware of colouring it black or red as it can get very sticky, and yes, it can be used with tappits. Rub a very small amount of Trex over the tappit, and roll out your paste on a board with a small amount of Trex rub on it. Roll the paste quite thin before cutting out with the Tappit. hpe this helps

Does this dry hard? I recently bought some petal paste that didn't set hard and it was a nightmare to work with

Yes, it does dry hard. As it does dry hard you're advised to leave any florist paste decorations to dry for at least 48 hours, the risk if not is drooping at the crucial moment!

Does this paste dry cream or could I get away with it looking Ivory?

As the packet describes it is cream but I think it could be taken for ivory (perhaps add some white to lighten the tone if necessary)
