Lightweight and Solid
Really happy with these. I've had a few generic light stands that have been used and abused over the years at weddings. Got these to replace some that have started to fall apart. So far so good. They hold my speed lights solidly. I even use one to hold a Sony handycam that is occasionally used as a B or C cam in tight spots where a tripod won't fit.

Very good value for money and a useful items to have with you, when you need a simple but strong tripod stand to support your additional equipment.

Good value set of light stands.
Good solution for multiple light sources. Good blend of strength to weight. Not tried outside with large diffuser but no doubt if going to some serious weight would be required to stop the stands blowing over. To be expected though. Small ball heads a handy addition for adding accessories to my cage etc. Happy with the purchase.

Nice set of stands
Nice set of stands, all identical and perfect for 2 box lights and one for mounting the camera (did have to buy an adapter) works well and even after prolonged usage still holds the weight up without issue.

Yes they are great and work just fine
Yes they are great and work just fine. They are simple but light so you will need someone to hold the stand or better weight it down. The ball head for me is a great idea as I am using flash guns and some times you just need a little more flexability. But the price is great for 3 stands and 3 heads.
