Parker pens are great! I grew up writing with these pens and the only thing that has changed is the price, but still affordable. The weight is good and the ink is great. While I don't care for ballpoints, I am glad that it takes gel refills. The metal body style is slick and feels great in my hand. If you want a premium pen with an affordable price get a Parker.

Excellent writing pen, and feels good in my hand. I’ve owned Mont Blancs that didn’t feel as good in my hand, and didn’t write as good. The click is much better than twist; Twist pens tend to twist the opposite direction when writing, and you have to constantly twist it back open. And the ones with removable tops, while you can place the top on the opposite end, tend to come loose while writing. I do recommend using only genuine Parker refills.

I really love this pen! Write very well. But the metal grip broke, im sure i stretch it to much, so be carful regarding this. i use many parker and it is a good quality product.

When I was in high school, I used to write with a cheap Bic pen. It was all I could afford but they consistently "blobbed" - left ink marks on the paper that easily smudged. Since we wrote everything - no computers back then - a good handwriting and a clean presentation were key to papers and tests submitted for grading. Onc day, a teacher was writing with an original Parker T Ball jotter - a classic USA made pen with a great refill and a nice "click". He let me try it and I was hooked. Back then when a Bic was less than a quarter, the Parker was around $2.00. It was a stretch for me since my part time job paid $1.50 and hour but I saved up and bought one (still have it!!). It was the first slide on the slippery slope to becoming a pen geek. Anyway, when I saw this on Amazon, I decided that I had to have it for my collection. So glad I did because typical Parker quality is still there. The refill too is exactly like the original T ball refill - large capacity, zero "blobbing" and smooth writing. You have to know that Parker-style refills are found in many top quality pens so you know that these are great. I did pull back one star because the barrel is a little slippery making writing experience less than perfect (for me). However, don't be discouraged from trying this pen. It could be your "one good pen" because it's well made, has a nice "click" and a strong clip that holds the pen securely in your pocket. Overall, it works well for me despite the slight slippery feel - plus it's very pretty!

It is truly a nice weight. Not overly heavy but a nice weight. The spring on the click is also nice. Not loose but a little taunt. Such a beautiful color with little accents. Soft matte.

Good day, while the Parker brand always lives up to expectations your pictures for the item are very misleading. I expected the blue pen casing but instead a champagne colored casing was delivered. I considered returning it for a refund however due to it being on sale I kept it. Please be more accurate with the correlation between visual representation and verbal description in future. Thanks

Conste que soy un neófito en el mundo de las estilográficas, siempre me ha gustado pero también me habían comentado que escribir con pluma era difícil (que no os vendan ese cuento) y mi caligrafía dista mucho de ser lo que llamamos bonita (es legible, entendible… pero no tiene un trazo bonito). De todas maneras, esto es para hablar de la estilográfica, no de mi caligrafía. Comencemos, nos encontramos con una pluma estilográfica de plumífero mediano en color azul (ya tenía el rollerball y el bolígrafo de la misma colección y color) con un peso ligero (ojo, no penséis que pesa lo mismo que un bolígrafo desechable) y que, bajo mi punto de vista y sin poder hacer una comparación, escribe muy bien. Es rápida y creo que si, como yo, os estáis iniciando en este mundo, os puede resultar muy buena primera pluma. Puntos a destacar: - Ofrece una ligereza en la escritura maravillosa por el peso que tiene. - Mejora tu caligrafía (es cierto, le escribí a mi mujer una carta para estrenarla y no podía creer que la hubiera manuscrito yo). - Precio competitivo en calidad. Todo el mundo ha escuchado hablar de Parker y sabemos que es una marca de estilográficas muy buena. - “Status” en la oficina. Cuando sacas tu estuche lapicero de tu mochila/maletín, lo abres, sacas toda la colección (rollerball, bolígrafo y pluma estilográfica) y utilizas la pluma, la gente te mira “sorprendida”. Poca gente utiliza la pluma y, como he comentado arriba, creen que es complicado utilizarla. Puntos negativos: - Por ahora, ninguno. En resumen, recomiendo su compra, sobre todo si te vas a iniciar en el mundo de la estilográfica, ya después podrás ir abriendo horizontes si te gusta a estilográficas más caras de Parker, Montblanc, Pelikan… Recomiendo su compra por Amazon (poco tiempo de entrega, más económico que en cualquier tienda física en la que he mirado, ya que lo encontré de oferta, y puedes ponerlo a recoger en un locker, algo para mí imprescindible debido a que es muy difícil pillarnos en casa). También lo recomiendo para los que tenemos mala caligrafía, es una forma de mejorar sin volver a los cuadernillos de caligrafía.
