Would these work on plastic shoes

They’re ok, not as good as i hoped. They were a little like the lid had been left off & dried up a bit. I used on canvas bag and did the job - just. I would say no to plastic and look for something better.

would these pens work denim

Just tried them on denim. They do work, however, since denim is a dark fabric, the colors are barely visible. You will either get a very subtle design on blue/indigo/gray denim, or to get a bright design use them on white or other light color denim.

Would these work ok to draw on a satin type finish?

Generally speaking all permanent fabric markers work better the smoother the fabric,I would still reccomend you test a small piece of similar fabric first and if the ink takes okay give the test piece a wash at 30 degrees and then iron it on the reverse side with a cloth underneath it,should there be no run or bleed through then the jobs a go..this is how I approach every project..test piece then based on the outcome main project.I hope this is of some help.

Would these work for drawing outlines on silk squares?
