Not for every hose
I had Hozelock 13 mm hose so Gardena end plug did not fit. I couldn't get it to slide all the way to where it supposed to go, even my husband tried.

Don’t waste your money on these leaky fittings.
Impossible to get this new type of Gardena fitting to seal, they all leak. A real backward step from the old type fitting which had O ring seals. This applies to all of this type of fitting, the stop ends, bends and T pieces which all leak.
