Can you remove and replace the bearing? doesn't look like you can?

The bearings appear to be non-removable. You are able to open the encasing to apply oil to the bearings, but they do not appear to be removable.

Can you remove and replace the weights

I recieved mine today 1/3/18. The weights are pressed in and are standard 608 bearing size.
