My daughter hurt her knee and we got this along with a couple other devices. This is her hands down favorite. The ability to take it with us anywhere is perfect. She gets a solid 3 treatments off one charge. It gives off some warmth, but is not hot. She has been using it regularly for three weeks and the doctor says her healing has been amazing. We greatly attribute this to her progress. This had enough stretch and was comfortable enough for her to put it on and stand in the outfield on the softball field (what can you do with determined teens?) and we did have one incident where she fell on it...but it kept going. I have a tear in the cartilage of my knee and have tried a variety of treatments for pain relief. I was recommended red light therapy by a friend and thought I would give this a try. Over all I really like and and try to use it for 30 minutes a day. It has definitely helped with pain. My only issue is the battery pack sitting right on top of the knee I wish it was in a better spot.

The kneepad brace is easy to wrap around as the velcro straps allow for a better fit. There are only 3 red light therapy levels to work with and the manual specifics the purpose of each level. Very clearly stated. my grandma mainly uses this for improvement of blood circulation to relieve stiffness once a day, with subjective pain relief.
