Insulated Jug. I cannot believe how efficient this product is. I filled this jug with boiling water, left it shut until the kettle had almost reboiled again, then emptied it and refilled with boiling water, shutting the lid, refilled the kettle once more, and filled the jug to capacity.This was at 07:30, having used the jug during the day, I had a final cup of hot water at 20:00hrs and was surprise to find that it was still hot enough to use. If I was having tea and adding milk, it probably would not have been quite hot enough by that time. It was still hot enough to have burnt a small child after 13hrs from the initial fill. I do not think I could have asked for better. (Please note, I had no intention of burning anyone). I would recommend this product to anyone who wished to save on electricity, or was due to have their electricity cut off for several hours. I would also recommend it to anyone who is camping out, and for conference or large coffee mornings and caterers. I cannot wait to use it for cold beverages as I am sure it will be excellent. All round fantastic product and great design.

This is a great sized flask which keeps heat well. Filled last thing at night it is good for tea, coffee in the morning. The 'press type' pump works well. The lid hinge needs care but has not failed, just clicked apart once or twice but only due to 'finger trouble' when open or filling. Will buy more as great for meeting tea breaks and saving boiled water rather than letting it go cold in the kettle wasting energy.

Keeps tea hot for over 8 hours and often all night (Yes my Mam drinks tea that has been stewing for over 12 hours - eew) And with just a small tray of ice cubes in the morning this keeps my drinking water cold all day, even with refills at 50% empty. Really excellent quality, and easy to clean.

Did not use this straight away. Delivery was good. Used it for the first time yesterday and it broke. The catch at the back is pretty flimsy and is snapped. Tried to glue it but it won't and whether this is causing the pump action not to work properly or not I don't know. Smell and taste if the water is rank even though I rinsed it out carefully first. I appreciate it is cheap but not at one use. I MUST SAY however that I have since contacted the supplier and they have offered me a full refund without quibble or fuss. I am really impressed as I ordered this in August. Although the product was disappointing the customer service is truly excellent and has restored my faith in internet shopping. A really professional approach in a competitive market. Do not hesitate to do business with this company.

This is a good flask and keeps the water hot for about 4 hours.The lid is a bit flimsy, but for the money is just right.

To be honest I was quite disappointed with this. It seems that it loses heat from the moment you fill it up. I found that just after one hour it was not useable for a hot cuppa. I really want to like this and I brought it to avoid booking the kettle so often. Sorry but it just didn't do the job for me.

I bought this to replace and old one that I broke having just got back from touring Europe. All that way and up the house stairs, and smash!!!! So good point about this new one is that it is unbreakable. It keeps drinks really cold and the ice cubes that I put inside were still in cubes the next after 12 hours or more. Hot drinks i.e. just boiling hot water from the kettle did not stay as hot as I would like so I was a little dissapointed. After 3 -4 hours the temperature dropped (not sure by how much, but would like it to have stayed hotter like my old one, especially when usuing tea bags for a drink) I've tried warming the pot so to speak, before hand, and second boiling the kettle and then filling it which helps a bit. Either way, useful and good value for money. Will probably use it more for cold drinks now though, rather than boiling water. I should have used a thermometer to measure it every hour or so, but then opening the unit would create a loss of temperature each time. It's good enough for a few hours and absolutely brilliant for warm to hot water on a journey for washing kids faces, hand, washing up en route/camper van hot water etc.. refreshing yourself etc... so it has lots of uses. As I say, good value for money.

Purchased for local Coastguard Team. Provides hot water over a long enough period of time when we are out on searches. Sturdy and reasonably durable. Must be maintained in an upright position or liquid will leak out. Prompt delivery and also at a fair price
