💕💕🤩 I will be coming back. I didn’t believe it. I did not believe this would work this well. It’s easy to use. You can swallow it with ease and there’s a little acid reflux or or burping but nothing like the other medicine caused me. And the dosage once a day with each meal before during or after that’s easy considering our busy day. So I was over 250 pounds and now I am 210 pounds. I can’t believe it did I change my diet no did I change how much water I drink no did I do anything special? No do I use the restroom regularly now yes and I have taken a lot of medicine to help me. Be able to use the restroom. This stuff is amazing even if you forget it and they call it an oops moment you can take it. I don’t even take it on a regular basis. I may take two a day during my Meals, but I think that if I was taking it three times a day OMG all I can say is it works!!!!!! no, I’m not a doctor. And I can only tell you what it does for me and it has worked.

You have to give these a try. They really do help reduce bloating. If you eat a lot of carbs during the day, taking one or two of these can make a big difference. You'll wake up feeling much less bloated. If you tend to get bloated from sugar, carbohydrates, or certain foods, I definitely recommend giving them a chance. In my experience, one or two a day works well, but I find that taking one before bed is enough to wake up feeling less bloated and with less overall inflammation in the morning.
