This has worked wonders for myself. I’ve been taking these for about 2 months now after suffering digestive pains, severe bloating, 30 lb weight gain in 2 weeks, no menstrual cycle in almost 2 months. The hospital, specialists, and 3 doctors say my blood work is amazing and nothing is wrong with me. They blamed my age, 35, as the cause of all of my recent health issues (I’ve been 35 for 10 months now). 💕💕🤩 I will be coming back. I didn’t believe it. I did not believe this would work this well. It’s easy to use. You can swallow it with ease and there’s a little acid reflux or or burping but nothing like the other medicine caused me. And the dosage once a day with each meal before during or after that’s easy considering our busy day. So I was over 250 pounds and now I am 210 pounds. I can’t believe it did I change my diet no did I change how much water I drink no did I do anything special? No do I use the restroom regularly now yes and I have taken a lot of medicine to help me. Be able to use the restroom. This stuff is amazing even if you forget it and they call it an oops moment you can take it. I don’t even take it on a regular basis. I may take two a day during my Meals, but I think that if I was taking it three times a day OMG all I can say is it works!!!!!! no, I’m not a doctor. It is very effective, recently I’ve been getting very bloated after lunch at work and after taking it while eating I no longer feel bloated and I feel really good!
