Good for energy, mood, clarity. Great quality. Tip: crush 5-6 dry threads into fine powder in cup. Add 1 cube of ice to melt (locks in beneficial properties), add warm water (not boiling). Optional- add honey. Enjoy.

Authentic
This is real Saffron. I did 4 different authentication tests on the threads, and they all passed. I am pleased with my order, other than the claim to be organic, however, not certified USDA Organic.

It's a very tiny jar which isn't full. It's like one of the mustard jars you get in a gift tray. I'm sure the quality is good, and the flavor is good, but it won't last long for tea. At least it wasn't terribly expensive, unless you consider the price per ounce.
