So far I am completely satisfied with this product. It arrived promptly and was well packaged. It was easy to set up and I have used non stop since it arrived? It is a sturdy tablet that is just the right size. The case is very nice along with all the other accessories. I highly recommend this economical tablet. Update August 25th: Though I still really like this tablet the one problem seems to be it doesn't hold a charge well. People have mentioned good battery life but my experience is that it should hold a charge much longer than it is. Update Sept 1, 2023: I have been in contact with the company customer service concerning the faulty battery. They are quick to reply. I have been redirected to their company email address which takes me out of the Amazon loop but I have complied. I am suppose to be getting instructions about a replacement. I will update again as this progresses. Update Sept 13 The customer service is amazing. They sent a message a new tablet was being; sent. I received it today. They didn't just send the tablet but an entirely new package with everything. I am very surprised. Though I am not presently home to set it up I am hoping this one works out better. If nothing else I will say the company stands behind their product. Update Sept 27th I still give this a 5 star rating but only because of the company that sells it. It's a great little tablet but even the second tablet doesn't hold a charge long. With all the apps closed and screens cleared it appears to get to the 20% level with very limited use and needs to be charged every couple of days. This is the final update on this product for me. It is worth the price but just keep in mind it has, in my opinion, a short battery life. Everything else is good.....cheers!

Going to use this for eBooks. Still too new for an honest review. This is replacing my old Samsung tablet which finally died. Update---So far, so good. I received an email from the vendor right away giving me precise setup instructions. I goofed by skimming over the instuctions and plugged the mouse into the keyboard which did not work. After reading the instructions again, I realized the mouse plugs into the tablet. Now, everything works as it should. As for the battery, I let it discharge to a low percentage and plugged it into charger for the night. Next morning the tablet would not turn on. I unplugged the cord and the tablet turned on, showing 1% battery. Turned tablet off and plugged in the charger cord. Battery symbol popped up on screen, showing 86% battery. After several hours, the battery had only charged to 88%. I unplugged the tablet and used it until the battery had discharged to 25%. I then charged it again; this time it charged to 100%. I have tried letting it discharge to various percentages, then charging it. Every time it charged to 100%. The last time, I waited until the low battery warning came on before charging. Within a couple of hours, the battery was fully charged. Now, as soon as the battery reaches 100%, I unplug it and have not had any problems since the initial charge. Perhaps that was a fluke. As stated in my first review, I will use this tablet mainly for ebooks, as my 10-year-old LG tablet is finally running low on storage. For other things, I use my computer because I see the monitor much better. But, for those who need something they can transport with them for work, school, etc., this tablet is a good option. The only downfall is the SD card holder. It is very flimsy and should be made a little sturdier.

I absolutely like the product but I took it to work today and I've only had it a month and one of my employees knocked it off the desk and cracked the front screen and I cannot find a replacement screen for it anywhere it's just the glass front screen. I can't really even figure out what the model number is other than k110. I don't know if t o o t o n is the manufacturer or the seller that's kind of confusing. If you could help with any information on how I can find a new glass screen for this. I found screens for the k105 which I guess is a model before this. I can't imagine even though it's a fairly inexpensive tablet I would hope it's not just disposable if you drop and break the front screen the LCD screen is fine. But I absolutely love it I just hate to pay that much money for another one if all I need is a screen and I was actually going to buy another one for my son but if you can't even replace the screens then probably not a good idea

I got this tablet as a replacement for an earlier version of same brand. This little tablet is awesome. The speed and ease of set up is great. Clarity is perfection and it is so much quicker than any of my other devices. And let me tell you, the picture quality is great too. It comes with a mouse, keyboard and cover. Excellent price and has the quality of more expensive tablets. I can do everything I need to on this device, and it is small enough to pop in my purse or keep on my bedside table. My 12-year-old keeps trying to borrow it! Maybe another for Christmas???

I am amending my previous review. I bought this tablet for my wife at Christmas. She used it for a month and it just quit working and wouldn't even charge. So I contacted the seller and they replaced it. We got the new one and my wife used it for a month, only for it to short itself out while my wife was using the art software that the tablet came with. So if you want to pay $150 for a tablet that will last you one month, go for it. It is a waste of money. I am now trying to find a way to get the seller to refund my money so I can buy a tablet that actually works. At such a low price I didn't know what to expect. But this little tablet does everything we wanted it to do plus a few things we weren't expecting. My goal here was to give my wife some basic computer access when she was traveling but she is now getting her emails and is able to keep up on Facebook, which is a pleasant surprise. The art app that came with the tablet has also got my wife captivated... she can't put it down. Battery holds up well and recharges relatively quickly. My only disappointment is that it didn't come with earbuds. Otherwise, we love it and would thoroughly recommend it.

What a great 2 in 1 tablet! As a retired computer analyst for a major company, I was looking for an android tablet that was just right for me, with everything I required for a good and fair price and I found it! This tablet is very easy to setup. Full high definition with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels. Fast processor and 128 GB storage with 1TB expandable. This tablet supports 5G WIFI. The stylus it comes with is a plus. Reading e-books and watching videos was a pleasure and no locking up or freezing. Get work done each day by turning your tablet into an expanded workstation which includes a wireless keyboard.

This device with 10 pieces to it in total is such a great find for me because of the number of accessories that comes with the unit, the price, excellent customer service, and ease of use. This neat and very convenient little tablet is 10 inches on the diagonal with an 8.5 inch high screen. It is excellent to take with you in your purse or case to work or vacation, and excellent size for your grandkids or children (if you can put some parental controls.) I had a temporary issue with sound loss, contacted support, they responded immediately and provided instructions as to how to fix the problem. The reset fixed the problem and I have not had any issues since as of the time of writing this review. They also informed me that I could activate the product's VIP Club App extra year of warranty after the first year is over and they assured me that they would assist with any technical issues that might occur. I purchased this unit mainly to listen to training videos and for entrepreneur work purposes. I know that there will be more things I will end up discovering... I enjoyed learning that I could voice dictate this review if I wanted to. I am actually looking forward to learning more of what I can do with it. I appreciate being able to have this handy little device for a very reasonable cost that didn't break my pocket!

I wanted this tablet for use when standing & reading and for smaller than laptop functionality to also take notes at meetings, etc. and some productivity functions. Not games or watching videos, though in testing videos it was fine for that. I'm sort of a power user of Windows for 25 years and Android phones/tablets. This was a great little tablet, fast once started, functioned pretty well for my objectives - not equivalent to Window laptops.. but covered most things I wanted for a tablet. I had to return it mostly because of the weight. After holding for an hour, my arthritic wrists would start hurting.

La publicidad refiere que tiene 8 núcleos pero es muy lenta para abrir. Yo sólo la quería usar para leer los libros o documentos que adquiero que no leo en mi Kindle y resultó muy pesada. La devolví porque se descarga aun si estar en uso (la dejé bloqueada con 62 % de carga antes de acostarme y al levantarme constaté que tenía 57 %): no quise arriesgarme a que en tres meses tuviera que estar conectándola con mucha frecuencia.
