I really like this concept, but because our store space is so small we were looking for something that the arms collapsed closed.

Needs a base, but works fine

I bought this item and installed it immediately. In about 4 weeks one of the arms fell of. Both arms slip into a square slot that is welded to the base. That slot is welded on. The weld broke when the item was 4 weeks old. It was installed under a counter where nothing could have caused it to break. Of course, my luck, it was just past the 30 day return policy. I would not suggest anyone consider purchasing this product! If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

These are made with very thin and weak materials and will not stand up in a commercial setting unless you know how to weld.

They are thin and at times I feel skeptical that they are going to tear. So far haven't had one yet.

Installed with screws provided. Loaded the bags and started using. Broke in the same day. Cheap materials and welds are crap. I do not recommend this product at all. When we received the package it was light weight and felt cheap. Not for store use, not sure what it would be good for.

Just two months after i purchased and one of the hanging side broke…

These things are brittle and the tightening screws don’t work. One broke just coming out of the box.
