CaseBot Wall Plate For Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium/Enhanced 2022, Black

I installed the CaseBot wall plate behind my recently mounted Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium and was immediately pleased with how clean and finished the wall now appears. The matte surface provides a refined touch that blends well on a white or light-colored wall, covering old screw holes and minor damage without needing paint or patching. The polycarbonate build felt sturdy during installation and didn’t flex or crack when tightened. Installation took just a few minutes. I aligned it over the thermostat’s mounting bracket, used the included screws, and secured it in place. Nothing required extra cutting or wall repair and there was no trimming needed to fit. Once installed, the thermostat sat flush with no visible gaps or misalignment. Even weeks later, the trim remains secure and shows no signs of warping. I’ve received comments on how sleek the thermostat looks now. It improves aesthetic appeal without drawing attention to any wall flaws. For anyone looking to quietly upgrade their Ecobee setup and hide blemishes from previous installations, this plate works beautifully.

We had an old builder grade thermostat which did not go with our smart home aesthetic. This Ecobee thermostat gives value for money and overall looks great! I recommend getting someone to assist with installation but you can do it yourself if you are a DIYer. With the app, it is easy to use and set up scheduling. *I did not use the wall plate it came with. I had purchased a separate one from a third party to elevate the look I was going for (as seen in the picture). Overall, I recommend this if you want quality, functionality and durability without breaking the bank.

The black wall plates match perfectly with the black thermostat. Eye pleasing.

I have owned other smart thermostats and this product is the best yet. App is intuitive and gives plenty of flexibility. I live in AZ so for summer it is very useful to monitor the entire house and adjust temp based on when I am home, out or on vacation. Install was very easy and automated. Product is high quality. I do recommend the room sensors for helping to detect complex scenarios when you might need air on but the main thermostat is in a room/area that does not get much traffic (so it senses nobody is home). Easy enough to add on later but costs less to buy the bundle up front.

You are getting what you pay for here. The quality of the cover is very good and looks very good.

Although I returned it because I found mine that was packed away in a moving box, when I compared them, this was just a good. It appeared to be as durable and all the mounting aligned. The size and color was matching as well. I wouldve had no problems with this if i were keeping it.

Perfect fit for the tstat.

Helped cover the hole from the previous thermostat.

I purchased this brand because I was not satisfied with the Googly brand... Luckily, this one is MADE IN CANADA instead something weird from the south (USA). The package and the design of it is outstanding. Holding the thermostat in your hand before installation you will have the feeling: this one is well made, it is sturdy, it will last long. The installation process was easy for me - but you will need some DIY skills with some tools to get the job done. It takes approx. 1 hr from open the box to have the thermostat on the wall and the app set up on your smartphone. It is easy to setup an account and to navigate thru the installation steps. The ECOBEE application is user friendly, the device works seamlessly since Day #1, I had ZERO problems in the last few months. High quality product & service from Canada to Canadians. Highly recommended!!

This plate is the perfect cosmetic fix for your Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium upgrade. The Ecobee is sleek but it’s probably smaller than your old thermostat, leaving ugly paint rings and holes on your wall. This large, clean, matte plate swoops in to cover all that mess instantly. It gives you that polished, professional look without having to touch up paint or do any repairs. It snaps on easily and gets the job done. It's the simple, required accessory for a perfect finish.

Glad I purchased. Did a lot of research. Tried the Google best first. Was not impressed. But this one does what I need it too. No regrets in this buy. I ca. set my remix as I need over night and what I need when I get up. I can control it from my phone and tte app is so user friendly.

Easy to install, easy to manage your home, good quality

It was easy to install and looks nice.
