The overall quality was very good
Only problem I found was the glass was not clean , rest everything is very astethicly pleasing

AMAZING
I really thought at first that it wudnt come out good but sheesh i was surprised. 100 % recommend buying it and to my surprise it came 2 days before actaul delivery date WOW. 10/10

Not that great
I had to replace the product twice due to quality issue of photo print and even after that the quality was not improved. Also the bar code scanner of the song is incorrect.

Waste of money
The product is very disappointing. It was meant to be a gift for a special person and this has just ruined it. The product received is not exactly like it's shown and described in the picture. The heart icon is white in colour unlike the red that's shown in the pic. Quality is cheap and there are some scratches. The picture background colour is different to what was provided and the worst thing is WRONG SONG. Its horrible that a different song plays when you scan the bar code. Purchase ymthis product at your own risk.

Wrong song
The media could not be loaded. It was meant to be a gift on a special ocassion and the song was very close to the heart but the it's been messed up and the wrong code for the song has been sent....
