Here is the revised version of the text: It has pretty good quality and a decent taste, but it's a little hard to dissolve. Mixing it with fruits is the best way to go. The performance was pretty good, and I felt the results almost immediately. However, I did have quite a headache right after the first dose. The blender bottle is great. But I prefer an Electric blender Since I use for most of the time with mine.
