Some LED striplights of this size are dimmable but I don't think the Energizer one is.

Can you tell me where these are made?

Just had a look on the box and bulb, no indication of where the product is made.

Is this item dimmable? If not which one is?

Sorry, on/off. Replaced low energy. LEDs are not normally dimmable. ES, BC and SBC (some are) but strips are not normally.

I bought this light to replace a 60w 230v 50hz shaving bulb. I did a comparison online and it said it would work but it doesn’t. Any ideas?

The end contact may not be making contact, if it is a push on cover with the contacts in both ends, they often need to be bent inwards to make contact. Because these bulbs are a couple of MM shorter than filament types
