Feel very strong.
I used these to hold together a cheap, chipboard drawer that kept falling apart. Were easy to use, even for someone as clueless as me, and did the job. I screwed them to the inside of the drawer, so they were out of sight, and wouldn't interfere with use. Along with some little base supports for the bottom of the drawers, they saved a chest of drawers from a trip to the tip. I'm not sure what these are intended for, but can think of so many uses for them around the house!

Soft Metal Screw Heads!
2 stars are for the brackets. The screws, well, if you try to use them in anything hard, even pre-drilling a hole, no matter how careful you are, the screwdriver chews up the slot on the screw. Cheap soft metal. Brackets are lightweight, but fine for small jobs, just use your own decent screws!
