Better safe than sorry
Good heavy duty rope ladder. It's rather large and takes up some space, but it's just what I needed for the single stairway 15' mezzanine in my building (it has egress-sized windows). It would beat the heck out of jumping and breaking bones.

great ladder
the brackets did not work out for the escape area i had in mind and the style windows i have. otherwise i would have kept them because they are very sturdy. i had bought two and sadly returned them due to the wrong kind of connection.

Decent quality good price
Looks decent quality haven't had to use it yet but the locking hooks that on it look reliable. Not too wide and the bars seem solid.

Peace of mind
