These ab straps are a very good device to use in your workout routine. I really don't like doing ab work, but these are very easy to use and are helpful. They are a good way for targeting the core muscles.The straps are durable and attach securely to a pull-up bar,. Personally, I use them on my pull up bar that is attached to my power rack, which is very stable. The arm slings are padded provide good support during workouts, minimizing strain on the arms and shoulders. However, I found the straps to take a little getting used to at first. They are a little hard on your arms but you get used to them after a while.The straps are also adjustable in length so anyone can use them. Overall, the straps are a valuable addition to any home gym, and I recommend them for core work.

These are nice and well made. I do agree with other reviewers that the clips should be lower on the straps so they doesn't slide so close to the pull up bar and accidentally scratch it (or annoy you into having to reposition the strap(s) to make sure it is centered on your upper arm). I think there are probably some ab straps that are better made -meaning thicker/more plush - but for entry level, these are more than adequate. I would recommend overall if you are entry level and trying to increase your fitness levels without destroying your shoulders on a standard pull up bar.

These are fun to use. Bought for my home gym and never had anything like them. You really feel it in the lats and abdominals when you get going, should help my pull-up gains and general fitness. Very strong and secure when elbows are in.

These are way to thin @ narrow for and adult. they cut into your arms and or pits. They have Zero padding unlike real ones i have used in the past that have a heavy duty cushion to protect you. They probably would work for someone under 75 -85 Pounds and or a child. Don't fool yopur self
