Date of manufacture is June 2024 Date should be mentioned in the Amazon page before we buy. There are few ingredients such as Cellulose, medium chain Triglaceride any side effect of these has not mentioned.

HOLY GRAIL ITEM
I literally can't sleep without these. They are the best melatonin product on the market as far as I'm concerned. Any time they're out of stock, I panic because I've not been able to find anything that matches the quality. They help me fall asleep and stay asleep sooooo well. Also great for travel since they're individually wrapped!

Good Quality Product
I have tried different melatonin strips and pills but they would on work for part of the night until I tried this. These strips help me sleep through the night and feel well rested without feeling sluggish. I recommend this product wholeheartedly.
