So I bought this for my cats, Tater-tot and Kimchi, cus the toys with the string didn't interest them anymore after they passed a year old. Kimchi didn't care for it (he's a crinkle ball enthusiast), however, Tater-tot goes completely hog wild over it! I truly didn't expect either cats to like it this much, but boy was I proven wrong thanks to Tater-tot. He chases it like a little snack size tiger, to the point of doing fancy judo flips like in the video lol He even goes as far as bringing the toy from room to room, dropping the wand at your feet like, "C'mon, mom! It's playtime!" Also, I really love how they give you different little toys to switch out. Different options for different cats. I sometimes use the rod toy to call my cats to me, and it works. My only issue is that over time, the handle will break since the quality is a little cheap. Fixed it up with some tape, so good as new. I honestly recommend this to any cat owner! It's super stimulating for cats, awakening their inner hunter, and tuckers them out asap. Just be a little careful not to play around sharp objects, or corners, cus Tater-tot is too focused on playing to be aware of his surroundings. I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5!

My cats LOVE this. The steel wire is great—it doesn’t break no matter how hard they go after it. The problem is the handle. It’s plastic and not very durable, and mine broke after just a couple of days. After that, I ended up tossing the handle and just using the wire by itself, and honestly, that still works fine. The birds attach with a lobster clip, so it’s easy to switch them out. But considering the handle broke so quickly, I don’t think it’s worth the money as-is.

If your cat is into birds or hunting, this may be the perfect toy for you! I had to hide this away from my cats. I love that it came with extra feather toy pieces but my cats WENT through them I mean completely destroyed each one.

Cats liked them and they are durable for the one cat that likes to more vigorously grab the bird-like toy.

My cat and I wanted to love this toy so much. It was fun while it lasted, but unfortunately this toy did not make it past 1 month of moderate use :/

This is quite literally one of only two toys my cat will play with. This toy has ruined everything else for my cat. No matter where she is, if she hears the bell she comes running. I will be woken up from sleep to this toy and my cat staring at me. It is the simplest thing ever, and yet by far her favorite. She has destroyed the swappable ends and still plays with the nub of a feather and the bell. I wouldn’t let her gnaw on the wire wand, though. I imagine that isn’t good for their teeth.

Warning!!! This toy is easily breakable, it lasted under an hour of play time with our cat. He ended up ingesting the entire toy, which required an expensive vet visit to induce vomiting (this only has a 40-50% chance of working on cats). He ended up throwing it up on his own almost 24 hours later, avoiding the need of an endoscopy or surgery, but still causing a lot of stress on his little body. Be wary of the quality of this toy.
