Taste like candy. I take two for work and it keeps me going more than coffee. It’s also a good pre workout

Great part of daily vitamin regimen
I use this with the Goli Apple cider and Goli Super fruits gummies along with my centruim silver. I notice a differnece between taking them and not taking them. I take these after my morning workout and an hour before I eat. I feel the Beets makes me less prone to feeling bloated as well.

Taste isn’t bad; however, they stick together…..BAD! It's one glob when I open the bottle and I pry 2 apart so I can take them.
