After too many years of acrylics and dip nails, plus being postmenopausal, my nails were completely destroyed. They would not grow even to the end of my nail bed before they would split and tear off. I could never get even the slightest bit of nail growth. I was using press-ons, but even they were drying out my nails and causing further destruction. Then I discovered this product. The photo I have shared speaks for itself. This stuff really works! I am on my second bottle and it is like a miracle. The instructions say to apply twice a day for two weeks and then reduce to once a day, but I continued applying twice a day for the first month because my nails were in such bad shape. My nails are strong enough now that I have reduced to once a day and they are fine. Besides the incredible strengthening of my nails that allows them to grow, this product has also changed my nail color from a dull yellow to much whiter. The only downside, if you can call it that, is you need to leave your nails completely natural. You cannot put on polish or any other nail coating that will prevent this product from adhering and absorbing into your natural nail. That said, your nails will grow long, strong, and beautiful. Seems to be improving my left hand thumbnail I had banged it up pretty bad 2 years ago and this nail split in two been wavy and just ugly, in a short time say 2 weeks now it looks like its starting to even out and harden some so I can use an Emory board and shape it lightly. So my opinion is it is working but its very slow progress. But leaving it alone and having it naturally fix itself isn't going to happen Im seeing positive results.

My nail was split on the side of my nail from an indentation from acrylic nails. Every time it would grow my nail would split. I used this product for two weeks as instructed and it worked. I was so surprised. I would definitely recommend this product for splitting nails.

This is more a critique on the condition of the product when I received it today! I have seldom had any problems with damaged or condition of a product, I do with this, when I opened it, it had leaked all over the box and the bottle! I didn’t notice any breakage and it was still sealed, so, I’m not sure what happened, but, a little bit was missing in the volume! I ordered another bottle and will hope for the best! I’ll submit a review of the product itself after I have used it for a bit! This is an addendum to my previous review! I have used it for a week now, and I have noticed a difference already! My nails are a bit healthier and are getting stronger! I didn’t think to take a before picture, but, I’m taking one today and will take another in 30 days, and we’ll see!👍🏻

I am presently surprised at how well this works. I am someone who often had acrylic nails and this has really helped heal them in between sets. I also noticed my toes needed some from keeping nail polish on too long. In both cases i feel they improved after the first use.

I got this to try and smooth my very ridged nails. I have been using for 1 week and I can see a visible difference. I think some people have unrealistic expectations of this product and how to use it. Some things to keep in mind. 1. Have realistic expectations. It won't reattach a broken nail. That takes glue. Don't expect perfectly smooth nails. Do expect improvement. 2. It takes time to see results. My nails didn't become ridged in a day and they won't be improved in a day. 3. Don't puddle or pool the product on your nails. More isn't better. You'll just get annoyed that it isn't drying. Just a thin film is all it takes. Use the product as intended and you'll have a better experience. My only criticism is the brush. It's crap.

I gave this a 3 because I just started using this. I have only been using this item a few days but I can see my nails are brighter. I tried Kerasal, it was useless and stained my nails. Nail-Aid has brightened my nails. As far as improving my deep ridge that splits at the tip...time will tell. Based on reviews I'm hoping for great success. Nail-Aid is not oily, does not have an odor and is quick drying. The brush is funky, almost useless.

I have been using Nail Aide 5 in 1 for a week now and my badly damaged nails are slowly improving. Will continue using.

I had no idea what to expect from this product, the promise seemed too good to be true. I have to say that I am so happy to have found it! I started seeing improvement in my splitting/tearing/breaking nails very quickly. My nails were so bad that my thumbnail was cracking down the centre far below the quick. It's completely grown out now, and I've only been using it for about 2.5 weeks! I definitely recommend this. It's not a polish, it's more of a nourishing oil that you brush on. And it works!

This product takes a long time to dry and is quite greasy. The stopper was not fixed securely so the contents spilt on the carpet when first opened!greasy I haven’t used it long enough to see if it works.
