Non pill form joint relief!
I believe this is really helping! I am almost 60 and a runner. I needed something that was not a pill form. They come in individual packets so easy for travel. Dissolves fairly easy. Taste is citrus.

I rated it so low because it’s filled with artificial Ingredients. Artificial Sweeteners and colors. I had an inflammatory reaction after my first one into my seltzer water. Defeats the purpose.
