Outstanding value with the addition of adjustable DPI make this mouse a bargain
Over the holiday period I was fortunate enough to be asked by TeckNet if I would review a couple of their products. I have bought several of their items in the past and always been extremely impressed. Generally their products are well built, perform brilliantly and are extremely good value for money. The TeckNet Econo 2.4G Nano Wireless Mouse TeckNet Econo 2.4G Nano Wireless Mouse, 18 Month Battery Life,2000 DPI 3 Adjustment Levels is no different. The mouse is solidly built, although like a lot of their mice, it is very light to use. personally I don't mind this, but some prefer something with a little more heft. It is extremely comfortable to hold and use and works well across a multitude of surfaces. As it's a wireless mouse it comes with it's own nano usb receiver that plugs into a standard USB part without sticking out too much, so it can be left in permanently if desired. When not in use there is a storage slot in the battery compartment of the mouse to store the receiver so it doesn't get lost. Although this is a basic mouse with scroll wheel, it also has the added advantage of being able to adjust the DPI by pressing the button next to the scroll wheel. This means that you can adjust the sensitivity of the mouse (something that is not available on all wireless mice) which comes in especially handy if you use a large monitor or multiple monitors as I do. Adjusting the mouse to a higher sensitivity allows one to move from screen to screen without having to make huge mouse movements. All in all, this is a great value mouse and I would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone looking for an inexpensive wireless solution.

Great basic wireless mouse for the price
I already use a TeckNet wired mouse, but having two levels of desk, I wanted a basic secondary mouse and it seemed reasonable to use their version of the wireless mouse. The USB nano style receiver is stored inside the battery compartment and when inserted into the front USB port worked immediately. I have had no conflicts in using both the wireless and wired mice 2 together on my PC. This wireless mouse could be used by a right or left handed user. It is a very basic mouse having no additional functions other than left and right mouse click and scrolling wheel. There is a DPI button than made no difference in terms of accuracy as far as I could tell. The wireless mouse goes into hibernation mode after a period of time of non use, but awakens within 1-2 seconds of activation which wasn't a problem for my desktop use. Very straightforward optical mouse. Brilliant for the price and if the battery last for 18 months its an added bonus.

Almost perfect
Works good for a budget mouse. I like the option to chose between Bluetooth or wireless connection. The wireless connector protrudes so the mouse cannot be used meaning that the connector needs to be kept separately

Left click issues
Left click is laggy and sometimes gets stuck

Tecknet MO11 wireless mouse
I have used a classic M0001 TeckNet wireless mouse for almost 3 years now and find it so good I would stick to TeckNet for my mouse. In fact I have bought many of them for friends and family, who are also convinced of the products quality. Needing a new mouse for my second PC I decided to get the new (ish) economy version. The mouse is a full sized one but is flatter than the classic and does not have the side controls. I, and most other people, do not use these controls anyway. The mouse works perfectly and is comfortable to handle. It has a button which allows you to tailor the dpi, on the fly, a scroll wheel and takes 2 AAA batteries. Tecknet claim 18 months battery life for this model, as it does with the classic but in practice my first classic batteries lasted 2 years without even switching it off between uses. I would expect this model to be the same. In conclusion, I must say I would go for the slightly more expensive classic, mainly because I prefer the feel and comfort. However, for a left hander the classic would not be suitable. This one would be. Highly recommended, specially for left hander’s.

Great Little Rodent
There's not much NOT to like about this little mouse. Suits left or right handed use, it's wireless, no drivers were needed for either PC Windows 10 or Mac OSX. It's good value, delivery was same day, well packaged in a tamper proof package. All for £5.19? I really do not know how they do it. It seems to power down when not in use to save batteries, but time will tell how long the battery lasts. Ideal for laptop or Surface or Tablet use and a very cheap upgrade if you struggle with a trackpad. It's a 2000DPI high resolution mouse so it's great for mobile gaming too, with 3 adjustable levels. Overall great value and very well built at this price-point, or indeed any price-point. I could have bought 13 of these for the price of my surface mouse! You do the maths! ;-p

Better than a coffee addicted pet mouse.
I once had a pet mouse with a coffee addiction. As far as wired mice go, this one’s much better.

An excellent wireless mouse at a bargain price
For the price, this is an excellent mouse. Responsive, easy to control and comfortable to hold. One feature I particularly like is the on/off button to conserve battery life. The USB receiver fits inside the battery compartment so is nice and secure when you travel. If I was to make one criticism - and this is being very picky - I have had a TeckNet mouse before that felt a bit better quality. Too early to tell if that is the case but it's hard not to compare the two. Hence only 4 stars. But, overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending this.

My work involves long-time mouse using and sometimes I have to keep clicking mouse for many hours. I started to have problems and pain with my wrist, then I realized that I need to have a professional mouse. It is my first time to use ergonomic mouse. It is very comfortable, especially during long hours on the computer. The design helps reduce wrist strain, and the clicks are quiet but responsive. The adjustable DPI levels make movement smooth and precise. I will keep using it to see if my wrist pain gets relieved. Overall, it is a great option for work or home use.
