My preferred post workout shake
I only take 1 scoop post workout. Recovery and pick-up only takes about 5 mins. I can also tell the difference the next day if training when I've used the past workout the day before 👍🏻 Desolves in water very well.

I love this, it tastes great, it does what it says on the tin and it is very easy to mix - without getting any lumps.

Tastes great, way too much sugar.
Powder mixes well and tastes really nice. Like strawberry ice cream. It does clearly say the sugar content so I should have checked before ordering. Having twice to amount of sugar than protein is ridiculous. I understand you need carbs after a workout but that’s more than your RDA!
