GW390410.5 DROPSET Trainer M DSHGRY/GRESIX/CBLACK 10.5

Finally got around to purchasing shoes specifically designed for crossfit training. Previously used only regular trainers. They worked alright, but didn’t have support for heavy lifts. Had no idea what I was missing. Some reviews mention these shoes are heavy. I wouldn’t disagree. They have a lot packed into them. I’ll go back to my light trainers for dynamic movements. But likely seeing myself using these shoes over 80% of the time. I’ll likely not purchase these again as there are so many great shoes out there. I’ll try others after these have done their job.
