You would probably need at least 2 boxes and the "human" would not feel very lifelike, but it would be nice and lightweight and eminently squeezable.

Polystyrene- can be used in flower pots I am sure. I used them once for packing my vintage china sales. I use any old polystyrene I get for pots. I now use biodegradable chips for my packing.
